Black and white skirt with a black background and white flowers and polka dots in squares. There is an elastic waist in the back with a side zip closure.  This skirt is fully lined and has hidden side pockets.  This skirt is lined in 100% poly with an outer in 100% poly with a woven cotton feel. Hits just below or at the knee and has white trim and the hem.
